Living here has been such a good experience for a college town near USF. The location makes it easy to get to campus, and the community feels really welcoming. The amenities are perfect for student life, and CJ has been awesome—super helpful and always willing to answer questions."
My daughter currently is a resident and I highly recommend College Town. Move in was super smooth and everyone was so helpful. Her apartment was very clean and her room is spacious. It’s a lot bigger than the dorms and her previous apartment. The grounds are very clean and well lit. She had one minor issue and maintenance was on it and it fixed immediately. Also as a parent of young female student safety is a huge concern of mine and that was a big reason we chose College Town. It was great to see first hand how secure the complex is when I left after dark on move in day, I was able to see how visible security was and that the complex is well lit. She has never once felt unsafe even, when walking her dog late at night."
I would recommend college town to everyone! The apartments are clean and maintenance does a good job coming quickly when there is an issue. Their amenities are great and they have 2 pools and a Jacuzzi!!! I love living here and it’s very quiet so it’s good for those who sleep lightly like me."
