College Town student housing takes your security seriously by being a gated community with 24/7 monitored access and emergency maintenance. We also have a secure key fob systems for all of our units, and provide residents with password protected high speed internet.

Our student apartments in Tampa are also within walking distance of USF’s Main Campus, but we do also have a BullRunner bus stop (route D) conveniently located right outside our facility.
