College Town @ USF student housing takes your security seriously by being a gated community with 24/7 monitored access and emergency maintenance. We also have a secure key fob systems for all of our units, and provide residents with password protected high speed internet.

Our Tampa, FL student apartments are also within walking distance of USF’s Main Campus, but we do also have a BullRunner bus stop (route D) conveniently located right outside our facility.
